The Titanic Players Improv

The Titanic Players at Northwestern University is where I completely fell in love with comedy. I performed on the same team for 4 years and eventually coached another team as well. There, I learned the value of expectations: what the audience expects, what your fellow improvisers expect, and how to set up others expectations so that you can seamlessly build a story.

I was coached by Mike Abdelsayed of The Comedy Clubhouse, who really knows improv like no other.

The Blackout

At Northwestern, I was a part of the Blackout— a late night television esque show that puts on three major live performances a year. I was a head writer my Senior year of college.

In 2019, The Blackout won a College Television Academy award for a sketch that I co-wrote and acted in, check it out below!

Trivia Hosting

I began a Trivia Night at the restaurant where I manage. The business had been struggling since Covid began and I recognized that we could use an event which appealed to the college students living in the area.

Every week, there is a new theme, from Sci-Fi to Greek Mythology we’ve pretty much covered it all by now. Business is booming on Thursday nights at 6:30pm, so much so that we have now partnered with various charity organizations as well!
